Overview:
Finmate is a fintech startup focused on providing a seamless and user-friendly experience for personal finance management. The app aims to help users track their spending, set savings goals, and manage investments
Problem:
The primary goal was to evaluate whether users could easily complete the core task of tracking their spendings. Additionally, I aimed to uncover specific pain points or challenges users faced while monitoring and managing their expenses.
Solution:
I collaborated with Finmate’s researchers and developers to design a user-friendly expense tracking app. After completing the design phase, I handed off detailed specifications to the development team. The final solution focuses on delivering a simple, intuitive interface while incorporating advanced features to enhance the overall user experience

Designing with Clarity and Purpose
Every project follows a clear process that balances strategy, creativity, and user insight.
User Research:
During the user research phase for the FInmate App, we conducted supervised interviews and surveys with potential users to gather valuable feedback.
This feedback was then synthesized into user personas to better understand the target audience's needs and preferences.

User Journey:
I have also created a user journey to better illustrate the process of attempting to use the Job app.

Usability Study:

I conducted a user testing session, identified recurring themes, and iterated on the design to address these insights and enhance the overall user experience.
Iterations:
I revised the design by incorporating a 'Fund Account' option and a 'Send Money' button, addressing their absence in the previous iteration. This adjustment enhances user functionality and provides a more seamless experience.
